Enrollment Process

Complete the online application through Skyward and submit the $99 nonrefundable registration fee. The registration fee is paid through Skyward using our Vanco system. Families without a login will need to create an account.

Upon acceptance, this fee will be applied toward Warrior Night static fees, including required materials.

Enrollment Priorities

All families can submit their applications when it opens. We will filter the applications by these due dates:

  • Members of Zion Lutheran Church: February 20, 2026
  • Members of other LCMS Churches: February 25, 2026
  • Returning & Previously Enrolled: February 27, 2026
  • Community: March 6, 2026

 

Enrollment will be processed according to our admission policies and parents/guardians will be notified upon acceptance.

Students new to Zion Lutheran and all Kindergarten students will need to complete the required steps:

Step 1: Paperwork & Records

  • Complete the online application through Skyward and submit the $99 nonrefundable registration fee. The registration fee is paid through Skyward using our Vanco system. Families without a login will need to create an account.
  • Submit most recent report card
  • Submit most recent ILEARN and other standardized test records
  • Submit other educational records/testing from the school previously attended (This includes ISP’s, IEP’s, or 504 plans)
  • Submit behavior records from previous school

Enrollment is not considered final until the child’s school records are received and reviewed by the school.

Step 2: Assessment

All new students will be assessed prior to admission.

Step 3: Meeting with the Admissions Committee

Before acceptance, the parent and student must meet with the Admissions Committee to discuss the student’s academic goals, faith journey, and school expectations. This meeting ensures a strong partnership in Christian education and a successful transition into Zion Lutheran School.
Decisions made by the Admissions Committee are final.
